You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

6.2 User Interactions

When matched with another user, your profile information and contact details will be shared with them. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

6.3 No Background Checks

We do not conduct background checks on users. You are responsible for exercising caution and judgment when interacting with matched users.

7.1 Free and Paid Plans

Hustler & Bustler offers:

• •Free: 1 match per week with basic features
• •PRO ($7.99/month): 2–3 matches per week, participant list preview, manual selection, priority matching

7.2 Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused matches
• •Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period.

8.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by Hustler & Bustler and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustler & Bustler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
